Our team, comprised of multiple individuals with over 50 collective years of development history and experience, has created people-friendly residential, educational and health wellness projects in Belize, Canada, United States and India.

Belize’s radiant landscape evoked fond memories of past projects where our team had spent many of their earlier years in life. Determined to build a dream residential and resort community on this idyllic island of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, our development team purchased a chunk of land on a semi private island with no infrastructure, no electricity or water and built a spectacular luxury health and wellness resort.

Sukhjit Randhawa – Marketing & Sales

Sukhjit was responsible in 2005 for bringing Jarome Iginla of the Calgary Flames down for a visit and ultimately investing on the Costa del Sol property on the lagoon side of Ambergris Caye, Belize. This helped property prices to rise exponentially and rewarded early stage investors to realize tax free profits of 200 – 300% return on their investment. Brahma Resorts and other developers were a beneficiary of this.

Bonefish Bay is Phase 1 of a master planned gated community development at Emerald Shores, Sukhjit is responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing. From the development of the sales teams to conducting presentations and seminars, Sukhjit has the unique ability to bring together all the various facets of sales processes – financial models, sales compensation, purchase contracts and marketing collateral that is required to help paint an overall picture of what benefits investors have at various stages of the value chain. From early stage investors looking for capital appreciation to late investors looking for safety and cashflow based returns on investment.
